Our community permits for a maximum of two (2) vehicles to be registered to a single apartment and parked within the community at any time. Residents are required to register their vehicles with the apartment community office if they wish to be parked on the property. All vehicles are required to be properly licensed, be in good running condition, and must be parked appropriately in clearly marked parking spaces. No vehicles may be stored, all vehicles must come and go from the property on a routine/regular basis. There is no storing or parking of any trailers, semi-trucks, cabs, oversize vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers or boats at any time.

Pet Policy

Our community does welcome pets under the following terms and conditions. The resident agrees to pay a non-refundable pet fee. This non-refundable fee does not cover any costs for cleaning, nor does it cover damages resulting from the pet. The pet fees are $400 for one pet and $600 for two pets. Residents are permitted to have two (2) pets per apartment. Once fully grown, all pets may not weigh more than twenty pounds (20 lbs). The Property Owner does not accept exotic or wild animals, including but not limited to snakes, rabbits, ferrets, rodents and reptiles, and insects, such as scorpions, tarantulas, ants, and black widows. Applicants must complete a Pet Agreement at the time of application. The DMCI office must approve the Pet Agreement before the applicant moves in. Please contact the apartment community office for a complete list of the pet criteria and requirements or to review the pet agreement. Before move-in, the Apartment Community Manager must see the pet and a pet photo. The Property Owner does consider changes to the DMCI pet policy if the need for a disability reasonable accommodation for a service animal has been established.
